That Organic Salon COVID-19 POLICIES & PROCEDURES
To minimise the risk of Covid-19 transmission, in line with NSW State Government restrictions and regulations, we have implemented and will periodically update when necessary, our Covid-19 Policies & Procedures (C19PP) to help protect our Staff and our Customers.These Policies & Procedures are in accordance with the NSW State Government regulations and Public Health Orders for Beauty Salons and are updated to comply with the latest NSW Health advice, restrictions, health orders and protocols for our industry accordingly when necessary.
It is a condition of entry to our premises that these Policies & Procedures, along with any current NSW State Government Health Orders are strictly followed.All our Policies & Procedures are in conjunction with any current NSW State Government Public Health Orders in relation to QR Code Check-Ins, Masks, Vaccination Status for customers and staff, restrictions on customer limits and any other Covid related orders with regards to our industry and/or wider community. The Salon has undertaken measures to minimise risks to our staff and clients throughout the Pandemic period.We will continue to operate at reduced Booking capacity as to allow cleaning and sanitising times between each client, at the same time, reducing the amount of people in the salon at the same time; we have made treatment rooms available for waiting rather than in the reception area. We have placed NSW State Government Health signage throughout the Salon from the front door to treatment rooms relating to Covid-19.We have also extended to validity period of specials purchased. Please refer to our website for further details. No refunds will be available to any unused treatments as per That Organic Salon Terms & Conditions. Every customer who enters the salon must scan and register with NSW Health prior to service and treatment. - Please note that the number of customers allowed in the Salon will vary from time to time in accordance with NSW Health guidelines. The number of people allowed in the front reception area will be noted on the front entry door of the Salon.- No Treatments will be carried out on anyone displaying Covid related symptoms. So if are sick, please advise us immediately to reschedule your appointment. 24 hour cancellation policy applies. - We have limited the number of Facial/Pamper/Massage to one customer at a time to reduce the number of staff/customers in close proximity.- Hand sanitiser will be available to all clients at the reception desk and everyone is encouraged to sanitise their hands prior to their treatment.- Although close proximity is unavoidable in some instances, wherever possible, always maintain 1.5 meter distance between everyone. - Covid-19 Signage throughout the Salon and staff directions must be strictly adhered to.- These Policies & Procedures may change in line with any future Government easement of restrictions. These will be updated and put Online and In-Salon when necessary.- These Policies & Procedures are available to view at the enterance of the Salon, all treatment rooms and on our website at: www.thatorganicsalon.com.au- These Policies & Procedures are registered with NSW Health. There will be a zero tolerance policy towards any person not complying to any Policy & Procedure or staff instruction. Failure to comply will result in your Treatment Session immediately being cancelled and voided. - We thank you for your co-operation and understanding.
