Following the huge success of last years Fundraiser for Beyond Blue, where we raised $1,148.00, this year, we have added the Sydney Children’s Hospitals Foundation. So, all profits raised from the sale of the Raffle Tickets, will be split and donated equally to these two wonderful Charities.Why Beyond Blue and SCHF? The answer is very simple… the truth is that there is no charity more or less worthy than another. They are all wonderful in their own right. So, we chose Beyond Blue because we know the wonderful and lifesaving work, they do. Especially for the past two years throughout the Pandemic period, we have seen and known many customers, family and friends reaching out for help. The record numbers to lifeline this year alone speak for themselves. So, we raise these funds in honour of everyone who have faced or continue to face difficult times.Secondly, the Sydney Children’s Hospital Foundation. This is more personal. As you may or may not know, in April, Yana had her beautiful baby, Hayes. Following some complications during the childbirth, and a 6 week stay in the Children’s ICU at Randwick, we witnessed firsthand the remarkable work the Doctors, Nurses and staff do for the children and their families.
